PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
PRODUCTION TIME: Please allow 5-7 business days for orders made at shopmnlnd.com. This is production time only. Most items on shopmnlnd.com are available to ship but some items may be subject to a restock. Due to the fluctuation of online shopping and ordering, all orders will take 5-7 business days to transfer to the courier for shipping. Current production times allow for inventory restock (if applicable) and to ensure the products that you ordered are the items that are received.
SHIPPING: MNLND HAWAII online orders are shipped through USPS and/or UPS. If UPS is available for your order, you will see a UPS option at checkout. You, the customer, will be provided a tracking number that is sent to your email or contact info provided at checkout once our team has purchased your shipping label. Shipping labels are purchased either the day prior or the day of transferring your order to the courier. Shipping and delivery times are based on where you are located and the option you choose for shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: PRODUCTION TIME AND SHIPPING ARE TWO SEPARATE PROCESSING TIMES. ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO COURIER, MNLND HAWAII RELEASES LIABILITY OF THE PACKAGE TO THE COURIER. IF THERE ARE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR PACKAGE WHILE IN TRANSIT, PLEASE CONTACT THE COURIER USED AND PROVIDE YOUR TRACKING INFO. UNFORTUNATELY, MNLND HAWAII DOES NOT HAVE ANY OTHER INFORMATION THAN WHAT YOU CAN SEE ON THE COURIER WEBSITE BASED ON YOUR TRACKING NUMBER. IN MOST CASES, THE CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE WITH THE COURIER MIGHT ONLY HAVE THE SAME INFORMATION YOU CAN VIEW ON THE COURIER WEBSITE.

REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
No Refund Policy
MAHALO for shopping with MNLND HAWAII! We appreciate your business and strive to provide you with high-quality products and service.
1. Refund Policy: We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds on ANY purchases. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
2. Size Exchange Policy: However, we understand that choosing the right size can sometimes be challenging. Therefore, we offer a 10-day size exchange policy for the same item. If, within 10 days of receiving your order, you find that the size you selected is not suitable, you may exchange the item for the correct size.
3. Eligibility for Size Exchange: To be eligible for a size exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- The exchange request must be initiated within 10 days of the original delivery date.
4. Process for Size Exchange: To request a size exchange, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer service team at shopmnlnd@gmail.com within the 10-day exchange period.
b. Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to exchange, and the new size you require.
c. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the original item. Please note that some items are FINAL SALE and not every item is eligible for an exchange. (i.e. special collaborations, seasonal or holiday items)
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
5. Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the size exchange. This includes the cost of returning the original item and the shipping fee for the replacement item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
